Opening multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same person, all associated accounts will be suspended and any balances may be forfeited.
You must provide truthful and accurate information during registration including your full name, date of birth, email address and phone number. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Pulsz login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. Pulsz operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be asked to verify your identity before your first withdrawal or at any other time Pulsz considers appropriate. Verification documents may include a copy of your CNIC, proof of address or documentation confirming your payment method. Accounts that cannot be verified may be restricted from withdrawals until verification is complete.
All financial transactions on Pulsz are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversions applied to any deposit or withdrawal. The following payment methods are available for deposits:
Pulsz does not charge processing fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges — these are outside Pulsz's control. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in your account at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.
Deposits made from payment accounts that do not match the name registered on your Pulsz account may be reversed. Pulsz reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of any deposit before crediting the funds.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. All withdrawals are made in PKR to your registered account. Pulsz does not send withdrawals to third-party accounts or accounts not associated with your verified identity.

Withdrawals are subject to verification checks before processing. VIP account holders receive priority processing as part of their tier benefits. Pulsz reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse or where KYC verification has not been completed.
Any active bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn and will not count towards a withdrawal request. Only cleared real-money balance is available for withdrawal.
All bets placed on Pulsz are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport, market and competition in question. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended unless Pulsz determines that the odds were published in error.
Cricket is the primary sport on Pulsz, with extensive coverage of Pakistan Super League (PSL) franchise matches, international T20s, Test series and other Pakistan cricket fixtures. Live in-play betting on cricket matches is available subject to match status. In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or interrupted, bets will be settled in accordance with the relevant sport rules published in your account.
Pulsz reserves the right to decline any bet or limit the maximum stake on any market without providing a reason. Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per event — these are displayed in your account at the time of bet placement. Bets placed above the maximum payout limit will be settled at the maximum amount regardless of the stated odds.
If odds are published due to a technical error, human error or data feed failure that results in prices clearly inconsistent with market value, Pulsz reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. This applies whether the bets have been settled or are still pending.

Pulsz will void bonuses and any associated winnings where abuse is identified, and may permanently close the accounts involved.
Bonuses that are not claimed or used within the stated validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated. It is your responsibility to track bonus expiry dates within your account.

You may close your Pulsz account at any time by contacting support. Prior to closure, any remaining balance should be withdrawn. Balances remaining in closed accounts will be held for a reasonable period to allow the withdrawal to be requested.
Pulsz provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While every effort is made to maintain continuous service, Pulsz does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults or circumstances beyond Pulsz's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Pulsz's total liability to any individual player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Pulsz is not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental losses, including loss of expected winnings on bets that could not be placed due to a technical issue.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or death and personal injury caused by negligence.
